BTR’s Complete Fleet is the most flexible rental option when a recurring or ongoing rental requirement is needed.  Below are some example scenarios where BTR’s Complete Fleet is an excellent solution.

1. Peak volumes require additional trucks for portions of the year, but the trucks aren’t needed year-round.
2. Higher returning capital projects limits capital available for purchasing of trucks.
3. Contract length is either too short or undefined, and purchasing a truck doesn’t make financial sense.

BTR’s Complete Fleet Program helps our customers achieve 3 main goals:

3. Reduce Maintenance Expenditures – Eliminating your oldest units with our fleet of like-new frontline refuse trucks will drastically improve maintenance performance and significantly reduce unnecessary repairs and spending.

Complete Fleet Rentals are available with or without maintenance as part of the program.

1. Prevent overburdening current techs or facilities by having BTR provide a full maintenance package to handle preventative maintenance and down truck scenarios.
2. Have the capacity to perform standard OEM preventative maintenance such as oil changes, greasing, etc., and include the BTR trucks in your existing maintenance program.

BTR’s Complete Fleet program includes our entire standard rental product mix, including Automated Front Loaders, Front Loaders, Rear Loaders, Side Loaders, Roll-Off Trucks, Grapple Trucks, Terminal Tractors and Container Delivery from the leading industry brands.

No different than our standard short-term or long-term rental programs, BTR can deliver trucks in under 48 hours utilizing our strategic 60+ stocking locations and transportation experts across North America.

All of BTR’s trucks, including those under the BTR’s Complete Fleet program, are equipped with the OEM warranty that includes key component coverage such as engine, transmission, and after-treatment system as well as the body.

With our program, there are no mileage restrictions or limitations. Additionally, our standard programs allow for 50 hours of usage per week. Should you expect higher hourly usage per week, simply contact your BTR Sales team to discuss other options and plans.

Should you experience a down-truck scenario, BTR’s operation team is ready to provide on-demand support. In these scenarios, please contact BTR immediately so our team can assist in any necessary troubleshooting, transportation, and scheduling of service at the nearest location. In rare cases where repairs require longer-than-expected timelines, BTR will work with you on providing a replacement truck.
