TAMPA, FL — March 10, 2026 — BTR, a leading provider of refuse truck rentals and fleet solutions across North America, today announced the promotion of Mike Natelborg to Senior Director of Sales – East Region. In this role, Natelborg will oversee BTR’s sales strategy and regional leadership across the Southeast, Mid-South, Mid-Atlantic, Great Lakes, and Northeast, supporting teams that serve municipalities and waste haulers throughout the eastern United States.
Natelborg will focus on strengthening BTR’s regional sales organization while continuing to expand partnerships with municipalities and waste haulers seeking flexible fleet solutions that help maintain reliable operations without the capital burden of truck ownership.

Mike Natelborg brings more than 13 years of experience in the solid waste industry, including nine years on the container side of the business and the past four years with BTR. Since joining the company, he has played a key role in building and expanding BTR’s independent hauler channel while helping strengthen strategic partnerships across the eastern United States.
Natelborg resides in Northwest Indiana near Chicago with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports, traveling with his family, cycling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
