Additional capabilities within the portal include the ability to:

  • View all active rental assets and their current locations
  • Track equipment currently being delivered or returned
  • Monitor rental history and utilization data
  • Submit non-emergency out-of-service events directly to BTR’s operations team
  • Review account balances and make payments
  • Inquire about purchasing a rental unit
  • Access key asset data such as purchase eligibility dates, warranty timelines, and anticipated rental-to-purchase milestones
