TAMPA, FL — March 11, 2026 — BTR, a leading provider of refuse truck rentals and fleet solutions across North America, today announced the appointment of Brad Gust as Director of Sales – West Region. In this role, Gust will lead sales growth and customer engagement across the western United States, supporting municipalities, haulers, and fleet operators across the waste and recycling industry with flexible refuse truck rental solutions.
Gust will oversee sales efforts across California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Montana, helping customers maintain reliable, modern fleets without the capital burden of truck ownership.

In his most recent role, he focused on expanding key relationships, driving growth, and delivering solutions that support customers and partners across the industry.
Based in Southern California, Gust lives with his wife, Jamie, and their two sons, Kaden and Carson. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water scuba diving, fishing, and surfing, as well as traveling and spending time with family and friends.
