Our rental fleet consists of Front Loaders, Rear Loaders, Automated Side Loaders as well as Roll Off trucks. We also have Vac Trucks available if needed.
How long will you be needing the truck? Pricing is based off the type of truck and length of rental requested. Discounts may apply for rentals over six months.
Once all the required documentation is completed in most cases we can have a truck delivered to you within three business days. If we happen to have a truck close to your location you are also welcome to pick the vehicle up.
Our standard rental period is four weeks with a 28 day rental cycle and there isn’t a maximum rental period.
Our home office is located in Tampa Florida. However, our fleet is strategically placed around the country. This gives us the ability to respond to our rental customers needs very quickly.
For all new rental customers it is customary for us to use a credit card for all billing. The first month’s rent and security deposit are due when the truck is delivered. Once you have established a rental history with BTR we will be more than happy to arrange monthly payment terms.
It is the customers responsibility to insure the vehicle while it is in their possession. For your convenience we will send you a Certificate of Insurance Request that you can forward to your insurance provider.
We do. In order to keep our rental fleet young as well as provide quality like new front line refuse trucks to potential buyers through routereadytrucks.com.
You will receive the truck with a fresh PM recently completed. The vehicle will be completely serviced and DOT inspected. At the point of rental you will be required to maintain the truck on a daily, weekly and monthly basis based on the manufacturers requirements. As a courtesy to you we will be sending you email reminders on a monthly basis as to when it is time to service the vehicle. You will be responsible for all consumables on the truck such as tires and brakes as well as any damage to the vehicle. All of these responsibilities will be outlined in our rental agreement and an email to you after the truck is delivered.
