  • What company do you work for, how long have you been there, and what is your title?
    • Southern Tech. I am the President, CEO, and owner. I founded the company 15 years ago in 2006.
  • How long have you done business with Big Truck Rental?
    • 19 Months.
  • How has BTR positively impacted your business?
    • BTR was very instrumental in partnering with Southern Tech to provide five 2020 Front Loaders and two 2020 Roll-Off trucks within 30 days to support a DoD contract with the federal government. BTR played a tremendous role in our success and we are forever grateful.
  • How would you describe your relationship with the people at BTR?
    • Southern Tech has received “excellent” support form the sales, account managers, and maintenance teams. BTR is very responsive in addressing our needs and concerns.
  • Provide examples of how BTR has delivered excellent customer service.
    • They quickly replace a leased front loader truck when it went into the shop. They also provided flexibility on multiple occasions when Southern Tech purchased a leased or Route Ready Truck through their programs.

    • Southern Tech strongly recommends BTR as a reliable partner to other businesses who will support their refuse operations.
