Position Overview:
Founded in 2002, BTR is a rapidly growing customer-focused organization that is seeking a highly motivated and success-oriented Administrative Coordinator to assist the VP of Fleet in overseeing and managing administrative and compliance activities within the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance within our fleet. This role will play a critical role in maintaining the general compliance and uptime of the fleet. This is an in-the-office job in Tampa, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all administrative and compliance requirements within the BTR fleet.
- Manage all temporary tags for BTR to meet company expectations.
- Submit and complete all title registrations with third-party partner and manage company records.
- Daily, work with compliance partners (third-party) to execute on fleet compliance specific to DOT, IRP, and
other commercial fleet requirements. - Responsible for the successful execution of the annual plate renewals for both IRP and base plates fleets
within the US. - Ensure BTR’s dealer license and MCS-150 is up to date with the FLHMSV and Regional DMV (biennial).
- Effectively manage the yearly renewal of BTR’s UCR registration and Surety Bond.
- On a monthly basis, prepare all required tasks for new asset purchases specific to but not limited to;
summary of invoices, warranties details, and working with BTR’s finance team. - Support the BTR team with any insurance claims through documentation within our system.
- Cultivate and develop compliance partner relationships through effective communication and frequent
engagement. - As needed, support the VP of Fleet and the team on other fleet related tasks, projects, and PTO coverage.
Qualifications:
- High School / GED
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a professional environment. Dealer, licensing, and commercial trucking
administration experience is preferred. - Exceptional attention to details with a high level of organizational skills.
- Disciplined and strong ability to work in both independent and team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong use of web-based applications (Salesforce), Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
